We offer shipping services across India. Shipping availability, timelines, and costs depend on the order quantity, destination, and selected transport method.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are dispatched after confirmation of payment. Estimated delivery timelines are shared for reference only and may vary due to logistical or external factors.
Packaging & Transit
All marble and stone materials are packed with care to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, once the consignment is handed over to the transporter, responsibility and risk transfer to the buyer.
Delivery & Inspection
Customers are required to inspect the material thoroughly at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, breakage, or shortage must be noted with the transporter and reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
